Charms & Jewelry Care
Our charms are very delicate; and should be treated with love. To keep them in the best condition possible, follow the next advice:
Take them off before showering, wearing lotion, perfume or sunblock.
Cleaning
Apply hand soap and clean with a delicate texture, Next risen with water and let dry.
Apply the tip of your finger with Vaseline for lubrication and humectation of the stone, next risen up again with water and let dry! With a dry cloth take away any extra Vaseline.
Store charm when not worn in our leather pouch.
Warranty
All our charms come from nature and are pretty delicate; please treat them with the same love & care as we do.
For any repair or malfunction within the first 30 days, due to defect of production will be repair at no cost.
If the repair is cause by any other reason that is not due to production malfunction within the first 30 days, we will evaluate and determine the cost of the repair.

Shipping
For shipping within Mexico, we do our best to send orders as quickly as possible (usually 2-4 business days) for International orders will ship within 7- 15 business days of placing order.
For all our Custom – Made orders please note that each piece is hand craft & takes approximately 2 week to be ready. We will notify you as soon as it’s ready to be shipped.
Mexico shipping rate is $10 usd & international shipping rate is $20 usd
Exchange & Return

However, please know that costumer’s satisfaction is very important to us. If you are not satisfied with your purchase you can receive store credit or exchange within 5 business days after receiving you order.
International orders
Please know that all international order are subject to each country’s import taxes & duties, Recipient is responsible for paying this fees.
